“Beautiful Casita”

We stayed in the Casita, which was beautiful, private and comfortable. The bed was great, the kitchen well equipped and the living area comfortable. The casita had a front and back outdoor space, both very private. The open land behind the casita makes it feel like you are in the country. The location is walkable to the plaza if you are used to walking a mile. For us it was fine, but with the altitude change, it could be a challenge for some. To get to the bathroom, you have to go through a second bedroom. THis could be awkward for 2 couples sharing the casita and even for some families.

Low-season (Oct.1 to May 1) reduce regular rate by 20%.
Additional discount for last minute (20% within 2 weeks), repeat renters (10%) or longer stays (30 days or more),
not to exceed more than 35% total off normal rates.
Holidays nights and special event nights add 25% to the regular rate
Pets on case-by-case basis if approved require $150 to $250 refundable damage deposit

Rates do not include 7% lodgers tax
Main holidays and events are the Indian and Spanish Markets, Easter (April), Thanksgiving weekend (late November), and Christmas/New Years.
