A cleaning fee of $75 is charged for stays of less than one week.
Higher rates exist for special events such as Graduations, Head of the Charles, July 4, Thanksgiving and Christmas as well as October leaf peeping.
A $200 deposit is required to reserve the condo and the remainder due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
