Electicity and oil use included in tariff as well as light cleaning before you arrive. A deposit of £100 is required to secure a booking ( this is non refundable). The balance is payable eight weeks before you depart and after this time cancellation charges apply. We also ask for a 80 euro deposit against damages on arrival (fully refundable). Linen (bedding and towels) is available at an extra charge of £10 per week.
