    Wonderful ground and 1st floor apartment (split-level) on an exclusive development with communal gardens, pool and parking space. Teh apartment has just been refurbished using very high quality materials. The complex is very private and quiet and the gardens and pathways are extremely well maintained. The apartment is located just a 5 minutes’ walk from two different sand beaches. The shared pool is only 20 metres away from the apartment private terrace/patio. From the pool there is direct access to the sea by ladders from man-made platforms on the rocks which makes sea swimming excellent in quiet and crystal clear sea water.

    The apartment was refurbished only a year ago to very high standards. It is a duplex and the two floors are jointed by a staircase.
    Lower floor: entrance to the apartment, open plan kitchen, dining room, and lounge leading to a large private terrace/patio. The terrace/patio includes garden furniture (dining table and chairs, and sun beds) and spectacular views of the bay and open sea. There is a fold up single bed in the lounge.
    Upper floor: 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, 2 bathrooms: both with spacious shower cabins and the en-suite with two washbasins. A cot is also available for babies.

    The price includes:
    - Linen and towels (sorry, beach towels are not supplied)
    - Two cleanings of the apartment: one thorough cleaning before your arrival, and another after your departure. For 2 weeks stays or longer there will be a cleaning and change of linen/towels at the end of each week included in the price.
    - There will be a local contact available 24 hours.
    - Electricity, water supply and full access to all facilities of the complex.
    Payment conditions:
    - We require a 20% non refundable deposit for the booking.
    - The balance will be due 6 weeks before arrival to the apartment and a deposit of 200 euros will be required with your final payment.
    - The 200 euros deposit will be refunded by bank transfer once the keys have been returned and the apartment checked for breakages.

    Airport: Palma Airport: 60.0 km
    Ferry: Palma Port: 70.0 km
    Palma airport is where you will normally fly into. This is a 45 minute drive from the apartment. Car hire can be organised from the airport or from Cala d'Or. There are many taxis once at the airport and the average cost of a taxi to Cala d'Or for 4 people is 70 Euros. Assistance with transfers to and from the airport will be given if required.
    Palma port is an hour drive from the apartment. There are also car hire and taxi services.

we've just had two weeks in the apartment. Absolutely stunning views, looking out to sea, which is accessed just along from the apartment. Everything is within walking distance, shops, car hire, money exchange and lovely restaurants. We spent most days in the terrace and enjoyed the view. The apartment was home from home. Nice two story two bedroom apartment close to the beach with fabulous views from the spacious terrace. It is close to shops, restaurants bus stops and a taxi rank at the top of the road.
