The complex is situated where there are plenty restaurants and pub/cafes around. There are two mini supermarkets one on either side of the entrance to Laguna Park and a large Mercadona (Hypermarket) about 100 yds at San Eugenio shopping center.
There is a large well maintained pool and plenty of room for sunbathing etc. An entertainments officer is always at hand to organise daytime and evening activities.
The apartment 401 is on the top floor of a traditional Canarian style complex. There is more than adequate provision of all the items required for self catering holiday.
