Additional Rate and Availability Information
$300- 500 per night with 2 night minimum stay (example: Check-In on Friday at 12 noon and Check-Out on Sunday at 12:00 p.m.)

$1800 - 2400 per week (example: Check-in on Friday at 12 noon and Check-Out on Friday at 3:00 p.m.) Extra days are at $400 each.

($140 cleaning fee)

50% of total cost is due, in CASH, as a deposit to secure reservations. Total amount, in CASH (no credit cards), is due 1 week prior to reservation. A 90 day cancellation notice is required to receive your deposit back. Taxes: Tennessee State Sales Tax 10.25%, Hotel/Motel Tax 4%. Nonprofit organizations may be exempt from state sales tax with presentation of a Tennessee Tax-exempt Certificate (however, an organizational check must be used). Hotel/Motel tax must be paid by all. (Please include a copy of your tax-exempt certificate with your checks.)
