We stayed 2 nights in the latest African room. This room is right next door to the main office but the owners and staff are very quite and we didnt hear them at all. The room is delightful. We were meet by the owner on our arrival, who provided us with a very quick overview of the room because she sensed that we just wanted to relax. Her advise of "just have a glass of wine and relax" was music to my ears.

The food provided was very tasty and a lovely surpise.

If given the opportunity I would love to go back.

“A warm oasis in the chilly hinterland”

We checked in for just one night prior to a wedding; the owner was helpful and courteous. the Rondawel cottage was decorated in a safari theme with many windows looking over the forest. A quick tour made us feel at home; there is even a resident cat you can adopt for your stay if you are so inclined! The fully outfitted kitchen was all that you could need. A wood fired heater was perfect to complete the atmosphere at night. The owner also offered help to others in our party whose accomodation became unavailable.
Highly recommended.
