Additional Rate and Availability Information
01. The terms of this Vacation Rental Agreement shall be governed by the Residential
Landlord and Tenant Act of 1977, Montana Code Annotated, Title 70, Chapter 24 as set
forth and as amended. In any litigation relating to this agreement, the proper venue shall
be in Flathead County in the State of Montana.

02. RESERVATIONS : To make a reservation, you need to fill out and sign the Vacation
Rental Agreement and return it to us with a payment of 50% of the rental charges. The
house is reserved for you only after we have received your reservation payment with the
signed Vacation Rental Agreement. Partial reservation payments are not accepted. All
payments must be in United States currency. We accept personal checks, money orders
and traveler’s checks. Once we have accepted your reservation and deposited your check,
a copy of the signed Vacation Rental Agreement will be mailed as a confirmation of your
booking.
