Normal Cleaning: $100 (empty trash & fridge, dishes clean & away, linens stripped in laundry basket)
Maine Lodging Tax: 7% of total
Non Refundable Damage Waiver $45 in lieu of security deposit. Covers up to $500 accidental damages.
25% due at vacation rental booking. Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.
Refund Policy: 25% penalty on all cancellations. No refunds within 60 days of arrival. We recommend and sell trip insurance from Travel Guard at 7% of the trip cost.
