There is a BOAT launch, and GATED boat plus RV storage as well. Subdivision also has a POOL plus a clubhouse. Quaint general store within walking distance.

We are located directly on Bayou Grande, a private waterway 5 minutes from the Gulf.

Bayou Grande is a nursery for baby dolphins and babies are often seen playing with their moms in the spring and summer!!!!

Watch Dolphins and Pelicans from the yard, deck or on a walk around the neighborhood.

Charming canal streets run throughout the subdivision as well. Visit our website for pics.

Dolphin boating tours, sunset cruises and excursions to Ft. Pickens leave right from our
subdivision, weather permitting. These and other terrific boating trips also available nearby.

Watch the Blue Angels practice for free, they will take your breath away!
