We would highly recommend this villa, initially I would say it was so nice to go directly to the villa without having to pick up keys from different locations as we have had to do in the past. When we arrived it was extremely clean, well equipped and our family of 8 found it spaciously comfortable. With it being a bungalow it also took the worry out of the stairs for our youngest. The pool had sun all day long, we were pleased we ordered pool heat as the kids spent hours in there. Anything you need to know about the villa or even Florida, Joanne (owner) was at the end of the phone and so helpful - cannot recommend this personal service enough. Having stayed in a total of 4 gated communities I would say Windsor Palms is the best, it has everything and the onsite shop is so handy (just minutes walk from the Villa). You won't be disappointed.
