Available Year Round In The Fabulous & Magical Florida Keys!
The rates are based on a total of up to 4 guests and are weekly for low season and excludes special events, holidays, mid season periods and taxes. For each additional guest, there will be an additional fee of $150 per week. Holidays and special events have extra fee. Please call for quotes.

A 50 % deposit is due at time of booking. The property is Absolutely open and available until it is booked, and is booked when 50 % deposit is received.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: For cancellations more than 90 days prior to arrival, there is a fee of $300 US. For cancellation less than 90 days prior to arrival and more than 60 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $400 US. For cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival and more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of $500 US. There are no refunds for cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival.
