A 50% deposit is due through Mastercard, VISA, Discover, or Diners Club credit card at the time of reservation. The remaining 50% is due through credit card or cash at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
A minimum 30-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund of a deposit. A 90-day notice of cancellation is required in writing or e-mail for a refund for extended stays of a month or more. There is always a $25 credit card processing fee, no matter when the cancellation is declared. If the same party makes another reservation within sixty days of their cancellation, their forfeited deposit will be applied to the new reservation.
