This is a very clean, well appointed apartment that is also spacious, particularly the outside terrace which is almost as big as the apartment itself. The apartment and terrace face due south, so catch the sun all day long. Terrific views of Soller bay/harbour and the surrounding mountains - couldn't ask for more in this respect. There is plenty of permanent shade available on the terrace as well as well as large sun trap areas. Good quality outside furniture seating eight people as well as two sunbeds. Swimming pool: This is shared between five blocks of apartments and getting to this involves dropping down the steps to the road (about 50 steps in total), exiting the locked security gate, walking down the road past four of the adjacent aprtment blocks, entering the locked security gate there and then climbing 50 or so steps to reach the pool area. A bit of a performance if you have young children. On the other hand , the pool is big and looks great with even better views off...

The appartement has very good equipment and is very clean.
The terrace is very large with beautiful view.
The owner is sympatique .
