We did not get to stay in the condo that had been rented and paid for. I had booked this well in advance for The Mullet Toss weekend, one of the biggest events in Gulf Shores. A full month before Mullet Toss the condo had a plumbing issue and flooded. I was told it would not be available, and they didn't have anything else...and pretty much....didn't care that all my early planning was wasted. I went from being across the street from the Florabama...to no room. I think if your make your renters pay a full month in advance of the arrival then if a problem occurs a month is plenty of time to get it repaired. I was lookinig forward to staying at the Bella Luna, but was not pleased at all with cancellation.
