Located in a small alley at a residental area. Very very quite at night! Even you can hear your own steps. 15-20 minutes by bus from Kyoto station and 10-15 minutes walking distance from nearest bus stop. Can simply walk to many Kyoto attraction - temples/shrines and to Gion (geisha area) . Its a beautiful 2 storey house. Fully equipped...

Last week we stayed at the Ojizoya Rental House in Kyoto for 5 nights with our 3 children (10,10,7). We absolutely loved this house. The fact it is a traditional Japanese house with tatami room, futons and sliding paper doors made the whole Kyoto experience that much more authentic.
