Did a short stay @ Rooms at the 9th, I'm very impressed! - nice, cosy room - in potong, heart of Phuket - walkable distance to beach - it does not include breakfast but there is no lack of food outside -

Overall a very nice, clean, quiet pleasant place to stay. Apartment maids and owner were very friendly and helpful. Don't be fooled by the outside appearance of the building and slow elevators, Rooms on the 9th is actually very well furnished. It has a large number of satellite TV channels, and free WiFi.
