Arrived late at night,paid remaining balance and deposit,taken to appartment then told there was some building work going on,and we would be best going out during the day.At that time we were so exhausted after journey from uk we just wanted to sleep(and also we found the rep very arrogant).Then 6.30am we were awoken by piling machines,my husband thought he was back at work on the building site.We then realised the apartment was not well equipt,as advertised.No bath mat,no hairdryer,no safe,no iron/ironingboard.We left a note at desk for the rep,later we did receive these items.There was no restaurant,as advertised.We SHOULD of been notified of building work before leaving the uk.None of the phones were workin to call out, and found out threy have never worked.The staff on the desk didnt really want to know,and couldnt really speak any english,they told us that our problems was nothing to do with them.We had no mobile phones as it was working so we couldnt get in contact with...
