We stayed in Villa 120, this place was a lovely villa, beautifully appointed, the furniture was really lovely and the pool was cool !
There is quite a nice private style beach only 5 mins walk away, and is in a very quiet area!
You do need transport however, as it is a good 20-30 min drive to Pattaya and all the night life, although Jom Tien is a bit closer...so suggest hiring a car from reception (was only 1,400 BHT per day), and your own lockup remote controlled driveway to park in....
We did order from the resort restaurant one night, but wasn't that impressed with the food, but as one of our friends is a chef, we bought most of our supplies and cooked our own meals when we didn't go out...
One thing to check before you go is if there are ANY religious holidays on the weekends, as the weekend we were there both the Friday & Saturday night all the bars were closed as they could not sell alcohol !! Luckily wasn't a major problem but annoying...
