Great place to stay for access to Southbank and Melbourne city. Very comfortable apartment with all the things you need + some extras that just made it great (some fruit and softdrinks + tea/coffee etc). Supermarket nearby for staples and restaurants both Southbank and Sout Melbourne easily walkable. Comfortable beds - including sofa bed and the pool and gym fine (in fact the pool long enough for a proper swim and not too crowded any of the time we were there for our three days. Maree was very flexible about linking up with keys - no complaints at all:)

I recently stayed at the Bank Holiday apartment recently with my mum, sister and brother. I loved the apartment as soon as I walked in! It is in excellent condition and was very clean. Maree the owner was waiting for us when we arrived. She had even stocked the apartment with some fruits and snacks and all tea making facilities which I thought was really great! The apartment is on the 27th floor and you get a really great view of Melbourne city. The inside looks even better than the photos. The beds were very comfortable and the shower was great and there were lots of towels.

The location of the apartment is also good about 5 minutes to the casino and about 15-20 minutes to the city centre.

The only thing i thought was a slight problem was that there were four of us and there is a double and single couch in the lounge so its more idea for 3 people, however this wasn't that big of a deal and there is also a dining set for 4 so you can use one of these...

If booking 30 days in advance 20% nonrefundable Deposit to be paid upon booking.
Balance PLUS Security Deposit of $300.00 to be paid 10 days prior to arrival.
If booking made within 10 days of arrival the whole amount including $300 Security Deposit must be paid in full upon booking.
Prices are based on 4 people utilizing 2 Queen beds. $25 per adult per night charged for use of sofa bed.
Extra cost for extra adult utilizing the sofa couch will be charged.
Secure undercover parking will be $10 per night.
Payment must be made in Australian Dollars and deposited into nominated account. We will send you an email confirming bank details once a booking request has been received.
