What a terrible let down. Apartment so noisey due to poor, insufficient sound proofing / insulation that we were kept awake by an upstairs neighbour simply walking around their apartment. Drunken party had by another neighbour, next door with their guests ringing our buzzer and screaming outside our door up until 3.00 am in the morning. Internet kept dropping, interfering...

The location of Westbury Close makes this an ideal location for exploring Melbourne. It is just around the corner from the Balaclava train station, which happens to be next to a tram stop on Carlisle Road, with loads of great cafes between the apartment and both of these.
