What a beautiful barn conversion - spacious, 4 bedrooms, huge lounge & kitchen. I have stayed in a lot of self catering holiday homes in the past & this is up there with the best & the kitchen is the best equipped yet. The surrounding area is excellent with lots to do - the Medieval towns of Fougeres & Vitre are great and its a lovely trip to Mount De St Michel and St Malo. Great value too.

Service was very good, with people easy to contact if there was a problem or if we had a question. The property was lovely, in a beautiful quiet location, and had a good range of facilities- such as a bbq, table tennis table, bikes and football table (however, they could do with being better maintained, as could the pool.) The local village of Levare has a bakery which sells excellent produce; and in the town of Gorron, there are bars, restaurants, and supermarkets - both Levare and Gorron are within easy reach.

A welcome pack was available on our arrival, with bread, wine, beer and cheese.

NO INCREASE IN RATES FOR 2012.
A free supply of wood is available for the wood burner.
Central Heating will be available in the Spring and Autumn, for an additional cost of £75 per week.
Short breaks are available during off peak periods.
A set of bath and hand towels are available for an additional cost of £8 per person per stay.
If you require cleaning of the property at the end of your stay, this can be provided for £40 otherwise please leave the property in the condition you found it.
