The apartment is equipped and furnished to a very high standard, ensuring that it is ideal for self-catering. It is situated within easy walking distance to Kapparis, which has a good variety of restaurants. Having a car meant that we were able to explore the excellent beaches which are slightly further afield. The maintenance company were very helpful with tips and advice.

PAYMENT & BOOKING INFO:

We accept payments by bank transfer in Euros. We also accept credit cards by Paypal, however these attract a charge of 2.5%.

To secure a booking, we require a deposit of 25% of the agreed rental price, and the balance no later than eight weeks prior to the day of arrival.
Accommodation is only reserved for the persons listed on the booking. All persons including any children must be listed on the booking.

Long lets are available between October to March.

Cyprus has 340 days per year sunshine and Kapparis is a year round resort and is perfect for a Christmas and New Year get-away. Long term winter rentals over 1 month prices are available upon request.

This resort is not suitable for stag/hen breaks.
