“Memorable holiday”

We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Breeze Hideaway. The villa was clean, spacious and modern. The pool is large and the sea views make this a great place to stay. The villa is close to the sea and local shops and restaurants.
If there had been more crokery and pans the rating would have been excellent.
The owners were attentive and professional.
All of the above contributed to a very enjoyable, relaxing and memorable holiday. Thank you.

We have just come back from Seabreeze Hideaway and had such a great time. The villa is idealy located for Latchi with it's lovely restaurants and bars. The villa has everything you need, it is very clean and the pool is a very good size. It is very peaceful and relaxing. The owner gave us clear directions to get to the villa from the airport. We would reccomend a car, but Latchi is only a 10 minute walk. We will definately go back - I would give this villa 10/10.

We offer a discount for smaller parties of up to 30% off the listed rental rates.

We accept payment by bank transfer in Sterling or Euros only. Details of the bank account inc. IBAN / Swift codes will be clearly stated on the Booking Form.
Full rental rental rates, plus a refundable* deposit of 400 pounds sterling is required in cleared funds at least 8 weeks prior to the arrival date.
Where late bookings are made the full amount will be payable immediately and a 100% cancellation charge will apply.
(*We reserve the right to deduct reasonable amounts from the deposit for any damage to the property, pool or furniture, other than reasonable wear and tear and for excessive use of electricity).
Cancellations / no shows will be charged at 75% of the rental rate if cancelled less than 4 weeks prior to the arrival date.
All rates are inclusive of all costs, inc. a welcome grocery pack, a weekly maid service, weekly pool clean, weekly landscaping, and electricity (except excessive usage).
