From the start of organising this holiday it was a smooth experience. Phil and Maxine were very helpful. The villa itself has spectacular views of the sea and great sun sets that you can enjoy from the comfort of the sunbeds around the pool. Over and above 5 people are charged at £30 pp pw extra. The villa is also perfect for a small family. Rents for Christmas and New Year at request. A welcome package will be made available at your request and charged at the price of purchase. There is a laundry cost of £7.50 per bed for bed linen and towels. Payment may be made by Cheque, Bank Transfer, Credit or Debit Card through Pay Pal. (subject to surcharge by Pay Pal), together with any foreign currency handling fee, if applicable. A deposit of 25% of your rental price secures your booking. The balance is due 8 weeks prior to your arrival, together with a £200 refundable security bond, subject to any losses or damage.
