We had a fantastic vacation at Villa Solfez which is quite comfortable for six people (including a two year old and a seven year old). The breathtaking view is a fabulous reward for the steep climb to get to the property. Rates are for a three bedroom villa, per night, for 6 persons and INCLUDE A RENTAL CAR, for a minimum of 7 nights stay. All taxes included.

Early Booking Discount is 5% for reservations materialized until April 15th, 2011. Additionally the Long stay Discounts, valid for 2011 season, are as follows:

For 14 nights and above 2% discount and for 21 nights and above 5% discount.

Payment Policy

For Low & Mid season,
30% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation of the booking and remaining amount, 21 days prior to arrival. All payments can be done either by wire transfer or charge on a credit card.

For high season,
50% of the total reservation cost is required upon confirmation of the booking and remaining amount, 30 days prior to arrival. All payments can be done either by wire transfer or charge on a credit card.

There is practically nothing you will ask and not find in Elounda and the surrounding areas. Either you wish to relax at your villa's veranda or terrace, just gazing at the azure sea of Mirabello Bay, to clubbing and dancing at the nearby city of Aghios Nikolaos (10 km).

Elounda is a slow paced, picturesque, fishing village, blending ancient memories with contemporary living and mouth watering Cretan gastronomy with crystal clear secluded beaches and warm hearted local people.

Its small harbour with its traditionally painted boats is surrounded by shops, taverns and cafes where you can sit and gaze a slow paced world, going by. You will experience that carnal time does not apply here!

Closest sandy beach to your villa is in Elounda, only 2km away, a pleasant five minutes drive with your car. It has the "Blue Flag" award from the European Union for its clear waters and very safe for children to swim in. Elounda has been a refuelling station during the Second World War for the allied forces.
