3 star. A very well located apartment in a quiet street; 2 level house. Leaks a bit in the rain, and feels a bit damp, but it is very good for a large family, with safe on-street parking when you find a spot. Had some cleaning issues, which were resolved. About a 5 euro taxi ride to the central city, and loads of shops and cafes all round. Good grocery shopping in the area. 3 star. Easy to get to if you are driving (and have GPS). Once you know the location, then it's a breeze to and from the centre. But, my first day driving in Lisboa without GPS was a nightmare. So, take a smart phone and get a local SIM. Vodafone.pt is good, and seems to work all the way from Lisboa to the Algarve.
