A 20% reservation deposit is required and the balance plus £100 refundable damages/key deposit to be paid 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
This apartment can be rented for 2 people at a reduced price-in low season- please ask.
Changeover day Saturday.
Check out by 10.30 am is essential please, check in after 3pm.
Payment by cheque or bank transfer . Can also be paid in euros.
Credit cards accepted or payment in any currency with Pay Pal with charges.
Electricity and water , linen and towels are inclusive and 4 units of gas per week , which is considered adequate for hot water and cooking, If central heating or more gas is used it is charged at 4.5 euros per unit and deducted from the deposit.
