We stayed with 4 people in this place. The location is superb, just around the corner of the San Andrès church and the popular and lively Cava Baja, filled with tapas bars. The Calle Mancebos itself is a quiet and pleasant street though, and as the apartment is situated on the top floor (5th) you don't hear any street noise. Besides the Cava Baja there are some cute rather local oriented tapas bars around the Plaza San Andrès, at the other side of the church.
The interior of the apartment is as showed on the photos, although the paint has worn a bit off. But most important, the apartment was clean and spacious, even with 4 people. The kitchen is very well equipped with all amenities you can ask for, including a generous supply of detergents, spices and other household stuff. Spacious bathroom and bedroom, with offers a nice view at the royal palace and lots of cupboard space.
The only downside is the sofa bed as the mattress was as thin as cardboard. Something...
