The house is located in the heart of the oldest district of Granada, the Albaicin, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You will find restaurants, shops and squares nearby and it is ideally located to enjoy the spectacular views of the Alhambra from the Mirador de San Nicolás and enjoy the spectacular Andalucian sunshine.
Thanks to its shady interior patio and terrace, bowered by a fragrant lemon tree, the house also has the great advantage of being a peaceful private enclave close to the center but away from the bustle and traffic.
All the main historic sights, shopping and attractions are within 20 minutes of the house by foot or by bus. There are various tourist activities available locally or less than an hour away, which include hiking, museums, restaurants and tapas, the Alhambra palace and gardens, swimming pools, horse-riding, skiing, beaches, shopping and guided tours.
