To book must advance by transfer 100€ or you can book just now by our web site ("booking on line"). Ask us how!!

At your check in, we ´ll request you a 100 € deposit, which will be returned to you at your check out.

The total amount of rent is payable on arrival.

For stays of less than 4 nights will be charged 25€ cleaning fee

Wifi internet free.

Check in after 11:30 p.m cost 15€. Check out before 8:00 a.m cost you 15€.

We do not put towels for stays shorter than 7 days unless requested. Fee 2€ per unit for the cleaning (laundry).
