we have just returned from a great family holiday the villa and grounds were fantastic, a great eating area / fridge and cooking facilities at the pool, which was great for lunch,
there were 2 pools 1 unheated but where we spent all our time as it was 86 degrees
the only problem was that even though it stated air con ,there was only 1 unit in the lounge and 1 in the anex lounge.
The reason it was booked was that it had air con because we had my 87 tear old father with us who had great difficulty sleeping as the bedrooms in the main house did get very hot, i was in the upstairs master bedroom but ended up sleeping on the sofa
All in all it was a great place and we would be rebooking it next year if it had air con in the bedrooms

Additional Rate and Availability Information
Special pricing applies for the last week of December and the first week of January and some weeks of March, April and May (holidays period) for which special prices apply. Discount may be granted as from 2 weeks rent at the discretion of the owner (depending on the week, up to 10/15%).

We rent the property as a whole.

Rent is payable as follows : 25% to 50% (depending on the season) is payable at the reservation; the balance on remittance of the keys.

A guarantee of 1500 EUR (or more depending length of the stay) is payable at the beginning of the rental period.

The price does not include the linen or the towels which may be rented from the Domaine des pins. Depending on the season an additional fee may be charged for the heating.
