The location is very convenient to explore what Nice has to offer. The apartment is nicely designed and tastefully furnished. We stayed there in July 2011 and the AC was not working. The location and condition of the apartment is fantastic. The refurbishment has beeN done with care and attention to detail to maximise use of the space available. Nice can be explored easily and good restaurants are close at hand. There are however a couple of negatives, and one big one? The road outside and neighbours above are a little noisy...
