Rooftop Vista was my home for 12 days in June/July this year. The photos are true to the apartment but don't show the ambience which surrounds you. The unbelievable views of Sacre Coeur from the 2 big French windows in the dining/living room and from the bedroom were ever changing from morning, afternoon, dusk and then midnight, when the Basilica is floodlit. The gorgeous view from the big French windows in the kitchen look out over the chimney pots all the way to downtown. It is a wonderful apartment in a lovely part of Montmartre. It is a very safe area, although I'm not out late at night, and I felt very comfortable walking around the quartier. Abbesses metro is just around the corner near the post office with 2 ATMs. Food shops at your door. And La Pignatta Italian restaurant and pizzeria (with takeaway) on the ground floor. The salads looked really good, but every night when I walked in, they automatically started making my pizza 4 saisons ... I am definitely planning on staying...
