we stayed at this apartment for four nights in early April 2012. the landlord was very easy to deal with, the apt was centrally located to everything in the center of the city and the accomodations were fine. Stayed here for 4 nights with friends and was nice clean apartment. Had all amenities and was very close to the centre and Temple bar. Also asked if we could check out a bit later than the normal check out as our flight wasnt until late and this request was obliged. Would definately stay here again. Good that the apartment...

The apartment is in a great area of Dublin! Your minutes away from all the famous attractions in Dublin like Temple Bar, Grafton Street, Henry Street, The Liffey, the Four Courts and your just steps away from seeing all the history in the GPO and the Spire. Liam was wonderful at answering at all of our questions in a timely...

- Price of the apartment is for up to maximum 5 non-smoking occupants.
- Free unlimited wi-fi included
- For Christmas, New Year and St Patricks Day periods minimum stay is 4 nights
- Parking is available at 24 hour Car Park beside the apartment - you pay operator directly
- All bed linen, bed-clothes and towels are included.
- Deposit by PAYPAL and you can securely use your credit card for PAYPAL payments.
- Full deposit refund for cancellations at least 21 days before arrival.
- Check-in time is anytime after 12 noon and there is no extra charge for late night check-in.
- If you come on an early morning flight your apartment will be ready at 12 noon or earlier if we can manage it. We will store your luggage until apartment is ready for your occupation.
- Check-out time is 10.30am. We allow late check-out if we have no guests due immediately after you. There is no charge for a late check out and if we can facilitate you we certainly will.
