The apartment was better than advertised. Patrick was very accommodating the needs of our elderly father. Two-floor apartment overlooking the Jameson Distillery with plenty of room to relax, cook, eat and plan outings. Elevator access was available to both floors. The apartment also has a small open patio. Wi-Fi was a plus. The Distillery is literally a one-minute walk from the building. The market and pizza restaurant on the ground floor made meals simple. City Center, the Zoo and other tourist attractions were all within a short walk and the Luas passes right by the apartment complex. The parking garage was easy to navigate and was worth the small additional fee. We would highly recommend this location for anyone looking for a quiet, family-oriented place near downtown Dublin.

This beautiful apartment is in a very convenient location for taking public transportation. It is furnished and decorated in a modern and stylish manner that is very comfortable. For anyone with limited mobility, this apartment offers direct access to the bedroom level from the elevator as well as the living level. There is a supermarket around the corner and restaurants downstairs and across the plaza. The owners were so kind and helpful and ready to answer any and all my questions. Booking was easy and the owners met us and helped with our luggage. We were a party of 3 women that each wanted a bedroom, but this apartment could accomodate 6 with ease. If we are in Dublin again, we would gladly rent this apartment.
