This flat was clean and had everything needed for our stay. Spacious and quirky. The owner was friendly and helpful. Plenty shops and restaurants in the immediate area, good bus route into centre. Only minor comment would be that a wee bit of upgrading and general maintenance would make this place even better.

This was our first trip out of the us. Great apartment,comfortable beds, everything you could need, close to transportation, etc. Everyone from Belfast that saw the apartment were very impressed....

My second time staying at the apartment. Really clean and tidy. Ideal location, regular bus service into the city centre. Modern appartment. Really enjoyed my time in the apartment.

Old Exchange Court is appromately 2.5 miles form Belfast City centre on the East side of the city. The apartment is situated in a block of 10 apartments and has a shared entrance at the rear of the building. There is a private car parking space with gates. The area is very safe and has a village feel about it with plenty of shops,cafe's and restaurents. There is also a supermarket within walking distance. There is a bus route only 40metres from the apartment that will take directly into the city centre, the journey take around 10 mins.
