We had a great break - the cottage was immaculately clean, really comfie, great beds, ideal location to vist Wales Northern coastline or Cheshire. Parking was easy and neighbours really helpful and nice. Great shower room on ground floor as well as bathroom on 1st floor. more

Just returned from a long weekend at Mallard Cottage. We had a great stay there. The cottage was much larger than we expected. The two bathrooms were a godsend for a family of 5. The living room was huge, kitchen/dining area ample for what we needed, bedrooms had loads of space. Couldn't ask for anything more in relation to space. Had enough kitchen equipment for making meals. We had a chinese takeaway from a place in Rossett,, 2 minutes up the road , which was very nice. Local shops were only couple of minutes drive away. The swing in the front garden was great for the kids and you can keep an eye on them from the living room window. The gardens looked impressive but, unfortunately, we didn't have time (or the weather) to take advantage of them. Overall, this was a fab place to stay with loads to do nearby and we would stay again at the drop of a hat. more
