RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICY:
We require a deposit of 25% of your total stay with us to hold the booking. This is payable by credit or debit card. You must then pay the remaining 75% of the balance of your stay 6 weeks before your stay begins. Please be advised that we will hold your credit or debit card details securely until your stay is complete and your room is checked. At this time we will destroy these details. In the event of damage to your room or property we reserve the right to charge a reasonable amount to make good on these damages.

In the unhappy event that you must cancel after you have paid the deposit please be advised that if you cancel 56 or more days before arrival, we will return the whole deposit to you. If you cancel between 29 and 56 days before arrival we will return 50% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 15 and 29 days before arrival, we will return 25% of the amount paid. If you cancel between 1 and 14 days before arrival, we will return 10%...
