Additional Rate and Availability Information
Fees include linen, towels, central heating, electricity, Sky satellite TV, water, tax and WiFi. No other charges apply. The cost relates to 4 people, the price for a 5th person is £15 per night or £70 per week (in some rate periods).

For stays of less than 4 nights, a £50 (cost price) linen surcharge may apply.

A deposit of 30% is required to secure the booking, and the balance must be received 45 days before arrival and can be paid by credit card, debit card, bank transfer or PayPal. Charges incurred from incoming bank transfers will be taken out of the deposit, as well as charges relating to credit cards of approximately 3-4%.

A credit card security deposit of £250 is required 45 days prior to arrival to secure the booking and will be reversed within 7 days of departure. This can be paid on our website www.chiclondonrentals.com

The Putney Wandsworth area is in zone 2, just 12-14 minutes by train to central London and a 10 minute bus ride from Wimbledon. A few minutes' walk away is the river Thames, a tree-lined riverside park, food shopping, two excellent riverside restaurants, and several pubs including the famous 'Cat's Back'. The charming and lively Old York Road restaurant and cafe district is a 7 minute walk away, while just 5 minutes away is the Southside Shopping Centre and cinema complex, housing Waitrose, Sainsburys, Gap, H&M;, Next, Virgin gym and many other outlets. From Waterloo, London's main attractions including Marble Arch, Soho, Leicester Square, Covent Garden, London Bridge, Oxford Circus, Picadilly Circus and many others can be reached within about 5 minutes on the tube. Waterloo itself is home to Southbank, a magnificent riverside restaurant and shopping district as well as the Modern Tate Art Gallery.
