    All prices are in £ per week. Stays must be of 7 night duration in July and August. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available outside of July and August, prices on application. All prices include towels (unless otherwise stated on the web), bed linen, gas and electricity. Credit card payments will incur a 1.95% service charge. Properties in Dartmouth and Kingswear incur a 10% premium for stays over Dartmouth Regatta week. Properties in Fowey incur a 10% premium for stays over Fowey Regatta and Carnival week.

My Husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for a week, the location is great. We were lucky as the weather for Jan was great so the walks round the yard were good so in the summer it would be amazing. The parking was a bit strange but it wasnt a problem as I felt very safe even on a night. There is a bakery and a pubjust across the court yard which is really great.
The appartment was lovely and well kept the shower was great to wake you up in the morning. My only gripe was the bed wasnt the most comfy I have ever slept on but it was fine for a week. But dont let that put you off as the stay was good and i would go back again The TV was also very small..
