great location and amazing views, ultra modern and spotless, far enougth away from the niose and within easy reach of all that Newquay offers.
Great hot tub on roof with amazing views get in it early when its empty it does get well used

Bookings are not confirmed until written confirmation has been sent to the Tenant by the Agent and the deposit paid.

If a booking is made six weeks or more before the tenancy is due to start it must be accompanied by a deposit of 33% of the rent plus the non-refundable booking fee. If a booking is made less than six weeks before the start of the holiday, the full rent plus non-refundable booking fee must be paid at the time of booking. Once the booking is accepted in writing by the Agents, the Tenants are liable for the balance of the payment of rent, plus any additional charges, six weeks before the start of the tenancy.
