“Brilliant Alternative to a Hotel - Cosy, Convenient and Great Price”

A friend and I stayed in the Pritchard Street apartment for a weekend away and were so pleased we did! The apartment was exactly as pictured, with a lovely big bathroom. What we appreciated was the peace and quiet as compared to the noise you'd get in any of the city centre hotels on a weekend as we've experienced before. The apartment is located right next to the Cabot Circus shopping centre, cinema, a Sainsburys Local for groceries and is walking distance to any of the tourist attractions in Bristol and is also a great point from which to go on a day trip to Bath. Robert, the owner, could not have been more helpful, and touches like supplying towels was much appreciated. Having a DVD player, kitchen and sofabed made it a fantastic alternative to a hotel. If I came to Bristol again I would definitely want to book the flat again.

“Great little hideaway”

We really enjoyed staying here! We wanted a home away from home and this is exactly what the appartment proivded. Fantastic location - just accross the road from the main shopping centre and city centre. Owner was fantastic - left us a lovely welcome pack and called to check everything was ok. Great value for money too! A great place to explore from or hide away in! Only issue was that the water was never particularly hot - as much as we fiddled with the boiler. Would definitely recommend though!

Management response:

This is a new apartment. The water boiler developed a fault and has now been fully replaced under warranty. The water is piping hot!! more

All inclusive cost. No extras. Quality bed linen, towels and final cleaning all included. In return we ask guests to kindly look after and respect the apartment and to leave it reasonably tidy and clean on departure.

For stays of three nights or more, a complimentray welcome starter pack of basic food items - milk, juice, tea, coffee, bread, fresh flowers etc will be there for guests on their arrival.

Private secure open air car parking within the compound, less than one minute from the apartment, is sometimes available at an extra £10.00 per twenty four hour period or part thereof.
