“An absolute home from home...fabulous! :-)”

I stayed at this idyllically located little gem at the end of Oct/beginning of Nov. If you want somewhere to escape to, away from the hustle and bustle, with scenery to die for, for miles around and the most amazing hospitality to boot, this is it! Lin and Graham and their fab family made me feel so at home...nothing was...

“Comfortable and central Umbrian acommodation”

The acommodation at Villa Rosa was comfortable and ideally situated for exploring Umbria. Lin and Graham were lovely hosts, very welcoming and a mine of information on the area. The breakfasts were delicious and plentiful (served on the terrace on lovely sunny mornings) and set us up for the day. The restaurant recommendations for evening meals were great.

“DIFFERENT PRICES WHEN BOOKED THROUGH DIFFERENT INTERNET SITES AND STILL OVERPRICED FOR WHAT IT IS”

My daughter and I spent 5 nights here and thought it was very overpriced for what it is, and even found out that a different price is charged if you book on trip advisor or on owners direct. The room was small and overcrowded with heavy furniture. The shower and toilet was in a tiny space which meant the sink...

This is a total shock! These guests appeared to thoroughly enjoy their stay, and said so in the guest book, so we actually invited them to send in a review! Prices for 2009/2010/2011/2012, including heating and log fire in winter and use of our swimming pool in summer. Also includes laptop with wireless access to Internet.
One person in a double room €55 per night or €350 per week
Two people in a double room €65 per night or €420 per week
Two people plus child under 2 in cot in same room €75 per night or €490 per week

Special rates for booking all three rooms and longer stays.
Booking deposit 30% non-refundable to be paid in sterling directly to our bank (details sent with booking confirmation).
Balance to be paid in cash (euros) on arrival.
We will accept last minute bookings subject to availability.
