Our condo is located in downtown Vancouver, the International Village district. We are located in the Espana building, phase 2 tower. Our condo is on the 16th floor, conveniently located across from Rogers Arena, and around the corner is Costco and a Sky Train Station.
Ciniplex Odeon movie theartres are right across the street in an Asian style mall with shops and restaurants. T&T; Market is a large grocery store, conveniently located around the corner of the building. Vancouver's Chinatown is minutes away by foot.
Our location is conveniently and centrally located for touring the city of Vancouver; Andy Livingstone Park, Edgewater Casino and Science World are minutes away. It is a 5 minute walk to the Seawall and an easy walk to a water taxi to visit Granville Island. Should you want to see shows, we are within 10 minutes to The Centre of Performing Arts and Queen Elizabeth Theatre.
