Modern, beautiful, friendly, spacious...we stayed here on our honeymoon and can't wait to go back! Our unit was a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. The living room and master bedroom have sliders that open up to a patio/balcony overlooking the Caribbean on the French side of St. Martin. It's in a gated community, an easy 4 block walk to downtown Grand Case which is full of the most wonderful restaurants. L'Auberge Gourmand was our very favorite; we ate there twice in 5 days.
Onsite restaurant and watersports, pool, 2 beaches. Very clean with a full kitchen and comfortable apartment. My only suggestions for improvement would be to add higher quality mattresses (it wasn't too bad, but could've been better) and linens; the sheets and towels were a bit rough.
We plan to return next year. The property is beautiful and well located. There's a car rental desk in the office so you could rent a car only on the days you need it, which is what we will do next time...
