“Great hosts - Tranquility, comfort, great view and two (not three) little birds at our doorstep”

We did spent a part of our honeymoon in the villa at St. Lucia. The villa was the best accomodation on our trip. Why? Because of this:

- Our hosts Francine and Simon were really great from the first contact to the goodbye at the airport. When we arrived we had a honeymoon welcome package (sparkling wine on ice and a great breakfast in the fridge). They also gave us a local mobilephone and that was so helpful :) During our stay they helped us booking some tours and showed us the surrounding. In the end they made us feel like home. Thumbs up for you both.

- The villa itself is really spacious and comfortable. on the ground floor their is a kitchen and a living room. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare nice meals. From the ground floor you can step out on the terrace. The terrace got our favorite place because the view is gorgeous and we sat there just for hours starring at the sea. How relaxing :) On the second floor their are 3 bedrooms and the bathrooms...

Cinnamon Beach Villa is in Trouya, a small residential area consisting of private homes and holiday villas; the Windjammer Hotel with its beach, shops and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk away.

Less than a 10 minutes drive brings you to Rodney Bay, St Lucia’s busiest tourist area. It has several hotels, some of the best restaurants on the island, many bars, a casino, two shopping malls, banks and three supermarkets. There is a delightful marina where you will find half a dozen cafes and restaurants to tempt you as well as a busy waterfront bar that attracts yachtsmen and tourists from all over the world. In December over 200 yachts converge for the finish of the annual ARC (trans-Atlantic Rally for Cruisers).

The nearby village of Gros Islet has a number of well priced local restaurants, a fish market and it hosts the now famous Friday Night Jump Up, an all night street party.
