Additional Location Information
Zimbali Mountain Retreat is a 71/2 acre 100% organic fruit farm, located in Jamaica, on Caanan Mountain approximately 25 minutes outside Negril. Caanan Mtn. is a fertile mountain valley, blessed with many mountain rivers and springs, that gently slopes down to the Savanna la Mar. The residents drink straight from the ground and bathe in gentle rivers that weave through the shade of a bamboo canopy. Caanan has a proud history going back over 300 years; a time when sugar cane, bananas and foreign estate owners were the order of the day. Ancient stone bridges, walls and damns still proudly bear witness to a different time.
