The best place to start is a comparison to the owner's description. It is not close to anything except a grocery store about a 1/2 mile away but no malls or theaters. The 15 minute drive to the city is accurate, but the route is so tricky it could take an hour. The apartment is in a gated community looming among a noisy and hectic area. It is a 4th floor walk up. The rear view is an industrial site. The front view is a parking lot. You can see a little piece of the ocean from one window in the back. The ocean is not easily accessible on foot or by car. The apartment is as described except that the doors on the bathrooms are falling off and won't close properly. There is only a/c in one bedroom. AC, hot water and the microwave won't operate when the main power source is off which is often. However, at best there is only a trickle of water coming out of the shower or taps because the tank that pumps it doesn't fill fast enough. When we returned for our last night...
