We stayed here for 9 nights and were a couple with 4 children. We booked through Luxury Retreats who made the process very easy and were timely and efficient in terms of arranging for groceries, cook and transfers etc.
The Villa is on the Royal Westmoreland Estate and as a renter you have the benefit of the club gym (well equipped) and swimming pool and loungers and the nearby Mullins Beach where there's a restaurant. You need a hire car for sure. We used Stoutes who delivered and collected the car from the villa.
The Villa comprises the main building which has three bedrooms (two doubles and a twin), spacious hall way and lounge area which is then connected to the kitchen and master bedroom area. I have seen this advertised as sleeping 10 by some rental agencies but 8 adults is the limit.
